Rotary Club Of Bhavnagar has been active right from its inception in all major avenues of service. However, the most important avenue has been the Community Service. In the earlier years medical aid was started as a part of Community Service. Dr. H. A. Ghoghawala started a small free dispensary in the poor locality of Kumbharwada. He was regularly attending this and giving free service and medicines for many years. Later on when our Rotary Club decided to have its own building for doing different Social and Community work, the idea of Rotary Service Centre came up and all the Rotarians enthusiastically agreed to give help in both cash and kind to build the centre. more
Child Care Project - A ray of Hope
Rotary Bhavangar initiated a project "A Ray of Hope" for uplifment of life, health and education of urban children. Its a dayliy based project in selected area of Bhavnagar. more
